...about hankies..made for my mom a few months ago. I took the pictures after she has already used it. Thus, a bit of stain is visible. This pattern is from an embroidery book.
The next pattern is by doe-c-doe. I made one in each corner of the hanky.
hey(anonymous)..thanks a lot..please mail me your email ID..mine is anusuyahazowary@gmail.com and i will mail u d motifs and also provide you other reference links from where you can learn a lot of stitches. in the first hanky i have used long and short stitch for the flower, stem stitch for the stem, satin stitch for the yellow flower and lazy daisy stitch for the small flowers with french knot in the middle. for the second hanky i have used lazy daisy, running stitch and french knot..:)
